  • Tofu Satay (Pan-fried tofu with rice flour served with steamed Choy Sum flowers, peanut sauce and cucumber salad).
  • Tod Tofu and sprout pancake (Crispy pan-fried Tofu and sprouts in a rice dough served with sweet chilli sauce and cucumber salad).

    Soups

  • Tom Yam (Tofu, Shitake and Enoki mushrooms in Thai sweet and sour soup with Kaffir lime leaf, shallot, lemongrass and galangal).
  • Tom Kha (Tofu, Shitake and Enoki mushroom in sweet and sour coconut milk soup with Kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass, shallot and galangal).
  • Gaeng Leang (Thai country vegetable soup with angled loofah, Kabocha pumpkin, young corn, Japanese eggplant, shitake mushroom, oyster mushroom and Enokitake mushroom cooked in miso, shallot and Thai basil broth).

    Salad and Cold Dishes

  • Yam Pak (Cooked Shitake mushroom and diced tofu mixed with sliced shallots, mint, toasted rice powder, palm sugar and lime juice served over steamed Choy Sum flowers).
  • Yam Woon Sen (Diced fried tofu with cellophane noodles, ground peanuts, pickled garlic, lime juice and fresh herbs).
  • Som Tum (green papaya or carrot salad, julienned papaya mix with peanuts, garlic and palm sugar).

    Entree

  • Phanang Portobello Curry (Phanang curry with Portobello mushrooms topped with coconut milk and sliced Kaffir lime leaf).
  • Keang Keow Wan (Firm or soft tofu and mushrooms in Green Curry with seasonal vegetable and basil leaf).
  • Tofu Jian (Fried tofu with ginger, lemongrass, garlic in salted soy bean and tamarind sauce.)
  • Keang Keu Sapparod (Tofu in Southern Red Thai curry with ground peanuts and pineapple).
  • Phad Thai (Chantaboon rice noodles stir-fried in Phad Thai sauce with garlic chives, tofu and mushrooms).
  • Phad See Ew (Fresh flat rice noodles with dark soy sauce and Chinese broccoli with tofu and Shitake mushrooms).
  • Goew Teow Lohd (Fresh noodle roll, steamed fresh flat rice noodle with cilantro, soft tofu, sprouts and topped with fried garlic and sweet and sour sauce).
  • Kao Soy (fine egg noodles served with tofu and Enoki mushrooms in a mild Chian Mai curry and pickled Chinese mustard, topped with crispy egg noodles).
